What does the second line say? Does it say CO-XX (contractual writeoff), or PR-XX (patient responsibility)? Mental health claims look like this, by the way. CO-45... $$... contractual adjustment....

Since you can't see the amouns on the remit, the 2nd line of writeoffs worked out to be around 9.8% of the allowed amount, which didn't match the 20% that was finalized in Dec, which is why were...
